Mao Jian Tea (pronounced maow te-een), also known as Xinyang Maojian and Yu Maofeng, is one of the ten famous teas of China. This connoisseur green tea comes from the precious spring harvest of the misty Huang Shan Mountain in Anhui Province. Named after Dao Ren (Dao priests) who meditated on the mountain in the ancient times.
