With 2025 being the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen's birth, we thought it only fitting to launch a Jane Austen themed tea here at Char in Winchester, her final resting place. During the research process, it became evident that one tea alone would not do justice to the author and what her works have come to represent to her enduring fans, so we made three!
