From Leaf to Cup in 4 Steps
Add loose leaf
Place 1-2 heaped tsp of tea in an infuser.
Add hot water
Use freshly poured hot water at the temperature required for your tea (75-100C)
Steep as required
Use the brewing guide on the label to determine the correct infusion time
Remove infuser
Savour the taste and check to see if your tea can be re-steeped
Chai was a staple in my house as a child with my Indian mama. I was actually looking for matcha tea storage and bought that, thought I'd try the chai on a whim after reading through the ingredients. I will be buying more when I run out. It's absolutely beautiful, nothing like the stuff you get from the supermarket. The right balance of spices, it's exquisite with half a teaspoon of brown sugar and some oat milk. Truly gorgeous.
