Brewing Advice One level dessert spoon per cup. Add hot not boiling water (90ºC). Infuse for two minutes.

 

King Charles II was to occupy a palace being built for him in Winchester. Although never completed, his connection to Winchester remained strong. This tea is to honour him and his wife Queen Catherine who introduced tea to England. King Charles II Afternoon Blend is a rich premium quality Assam tea, blended with the champagne of teas - a TGFOP Darjeeling.

Charles II Afternoon Blend.

I was really pleased with both this tea and the gift caddy, which Santa brought me this Christmas! The tea has a lovely balanced flavour and intensity - neither too strong nor too weak, and the caddy is a stylish addition to my growing collection. Highly recommended.
