Strong fingers needed!

Unfortunately, the mechanism is too stiff for my hands to cope with, so I gave them to a charity shop.

Hi Christine, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear the tongs felt a bit like a forearm workout. The springs can be a bit enthusiastic straight out of the box, typically relaxing after a few uses, but they shouldn't be difficult to use, so it sounds like you may have gotten a pair with particularly high tension. Our permanent infuser or tea ball sound like they may be a better fit for you. If you pop into Char or give us a call, we can talk through these options and find the right infuser for you - without the arm workout!
