This FTGFOP1 Darjeeling tea is an unusual blend of first and second-flush organic Darjeeling teas, both from the Happy Valley garden. It is highly aromatic with a full and shiny cup, and the leaf is medium-sized and regular with bright tips. It is one of our favourite Darjeelings.

Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.

Fill the teapot with water just off the boil (80–95°C).
