From Leaf to Cup in 4 Steps

Add loose leaf

Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.

Pour hot water

Fill the teapot with water just off the boil (80–95°C).

Steep for 2–5 minutes and watch the tea unfurl
