According to leading tea historian Jane Pettigrew, their passion for tea resulted in England becoming a tea-drinking nation. This oolong tea is the same in nature and taste as the teas Queen Catherine and the court would have enjoyed at that time - non-astringent, light flowery tea with a spicy taste.

BREWING GUIDE
From Leaf to Cup in 4 Steps
Add loose leaf
Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.
Pour hot water
Fill the teapot with water just off the boil (80–95°C).
Steep & watch
Steep for 2–5 minutes and watch the tea unfurl
Remove & enjoy
Lift out the infuser to stop brewing. Pour and savour.
