Char Assam Supreme is a TGFOP1 tea from a single estate in Assam, selected for its extraordinary rich maltiness and surprisingly floral tones. The result is a not too strong, mid-season Assam. Perfect for breakfast.

Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.

Fill the teapot with water just off the boil (80–95°C).
