Silver Needle Tea, also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is sweet, mellow, full flavoured and delicious. Long soft and downy, Silver Needle comes from the first spring buds of the DaBai tea plant. It is grown in Fuding, a serene region with soothing waterfalls and crystal clear lakes.

BREWING GUIDE
From Leaf to Cup in 4 Steps
Add loose leaf
Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.
Pour hot water
Fill the teapot with water just off the boil (80–95°C).
Steep & watch
Steep for 2–5 minutes and watch the tea unfurl
Remove & enjoy
Lift out the infuser to stop brewing. Pour and savour.
