Brewing Advice Use three teaspoons of tea per cup. Infuse at 80 - 85ºC for two to three minutes. Suitable for up to three infusions.

 

Grown in the traditional way and harvested from old wild trees (not plantations), located above 1300m, Green Monkey Tea, also known as Bai Hao Mao Feng, is a high-quality delicious aromatic green tea. It is made by picking fresh leaves with top tips, during the early spring before the buds open - to preserve their tenderness.

Green Monkey is a connoisseur tea with a unique taste due to its production by small local producers and tea farmers. The characteristic white hairs on the tea leaves make the tea very light in appearance. When brewed it produces a bright yellow liquor.

Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.
