Yunnan province is one of the three birthplaces of tea, and it is said to be home to the world's oldest cultivated tea tree - allegedly 3200 years old. We have chosen this tea for you because of its exceptional taste. The tea is picked in spring and consists of a bud only. The limited quantity of this tea and strict processing procedure make it rare and special.

From Leaf to Cup in 4 Steps

Add loose leaf

Place 1–2 tsp of tea in the glass infuser basket.

Pour hot water

Fill the teapot with water just off the boil (80–95°C).

Steep & watch

Steep for 2–5 minutes and watch the tea unfurl

Lift out the infuser to stop brewing. Pour and savour.
