A very high-quality chamomile tea, this hand-sorted loose flower chamomile is more intense in flavour than the usual product and is naturally caffeine-free. Chamomile tea has been used since Neolithic times and is reputed to have relaxing qualities. A cup before bed may aid a good night's sleep. Drink hot or cold, plain or sweetened with honey. When a customer told of his personal evening herb blend, we liked it so much we decided to add it to our range. This is a 'no caffeine' blend of harmonising herbs that will help you to relax. Evening Calm is a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the soothing taste of peppermint and other lovely tasting herbs. Thank you Greg for this lovely new brew.

BREWING GUIDE
From Leaf to Cup in 4 Steps
Add loose leaf
Place 1-2 heaped tsp of tea in an infuser.
Add hot water
Use freshly poured hot water at the temperature required for your tea (75-100C)
Steep as required
Use the brewing guide on the label to determine the correct infusion time
Remove infuser
Savour the taste and check to see if your tea can be re-steeped
