The bushes of this famous tea grow surrounded by fruit trees. They absorb the aroma of the blossoms in early spring when the tender leaves of the tea are beginning to form. Processed by hand the curled leaves are covered in fine hairs. When infused they produce a clear green liquor with a delicate fragrant aroma.
