This green tea is from our special Yunnan collection. It comes directly to Char from our expert Chinese buyer. Yin Si is processed using a traditional method of heated copper basins where freshly plucked leaves are placed to stop oxidisation. Yunnan's warm and wet climate, well drained volcanic soil and high altitudes of up to 9,000 feet, explains the unbeaten sweet taste and delicate aroma of this tea.
