The climate and rich red soil of Yunnan Province, from where this tea originates, makes it superb for the cultivation of tea.

Yunnan's famous puerh teas are widely known in China as an aid to digestion and weight loss. They also stimulate the metabolism and balance cholesterol.

The green uncooked pu erh leaves with Jasmine flowers are pressed into small bowls (toucha means 'bird's nest' in Chinese)making an excellent quality green tea with the added pleasure of Jasmine.
